Warning error if your ETH balance is too low to approve tokens

Description
If users don't have enough ETH they can't approve new tokens.
If you run into this scenario on web no error message is shown.
Using the MM integrated app you get an error message.

Proposal
It might be good to display an warning message in the UI that the ETH balance it too low to approve new tokens.
Eventhough, checking your ETH balance is probably the first thing a user might do if they run into this issue, it might be valuble to display it in the UI.
