However, my problem is that i don't know if it refers to the order item or the bottom order.
Maybe we can make it more clear?

Maybe, we don't even need to do one per order, and is enough to make the price RED and potencially show a warning next to it? This way, we only show this message on the top of all orders.

I see your points and agree we can improve it. Now that most of the order sidebar is covered, I will focus iterating on this. I think your suggestion to make the price in a specific color + text to indicate what's going on. Will iterate.
