Author tags should be, at least, copyable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The author tag that's included in the post is only the shortened address version, but it's currently impossible for a reader to decipher the address so they can't tip or view the author.

Describe the solution you'd like
A simple solution here would be to copy the author's full address when clicking on the author tag.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A better solution would be to have a menu onclick that includes "View Author" which would link to an author profile as well as a "Copy author address" menu item. Perhaps in the future, other items could be added here, like "follow", "tip", etc.
