We want legalese to be accpeted by the end user and we might want to revise this from time to time...

Done when....

  • Disclaimer is a modal form, showing the legal text (and maybe a title & a logo) (to CDC design)
  • Disclaimer has an [Accept] button
  • on Accept action => stores the current NSHM_DISCLAIMER_VERSION locally and the disclaimer form disappears YAY!!
  • if users browser has stored a matching NSHM_DISCLAIMER_VERSION, don't show the disclaimer
  • Disclaimer works on any route /* (whether manually entered or not)
  • we have a NSHM_DISCLAIMER_VERSION in the app (set at build time)
  • if users browser version doesn't match (or doesn't exist ), show the disclaimer
