web: Updates to the Context and Tasks libraries from lit.

Details

The people at the Lit Project announced that Lit-Context and Lit-Task were no longer in the "Labs" category and were safe for general use. This commit includes upgrades to both. The only one we were using was Lit-Task, which is used by the four-phase Button controls.
