Issue:
Everytime when the pan mode is used and ui opens up, the pan mode stays on until you press a button on your mouse again.

Steps to reproduce:
Example 1:
turn pan mode on by either holding your middle or your right mouse button.
keep the mouse button pressed and now do CTRL + Q.
Now, if you cancel the action and do nothing else , the cursor will stay in the "dragging" state and move the scene around
This works for every ui element.
Example 2:
Create a Node and select it so you can delete it. Now start dragging the scene again and press DELETE.
If you now cancel the delete action you will also stay in the pan mode and move around.
