Issue description

As discussed in #52976, the newly added indeterminate checkmarks are very similar to normal checkmarks:

We should decide on something that's easier to distinguish. Here are the proposed alternatives so far:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Quickly look at a list of mixed indeterminate and normal checkmarks and differentiate between them.
