Wargaming account connection problem #193

Problem
When I connect the wargaming profile, it tells me: "Your account was banned."

Solution
I would like to understand how this is possible. Because through the normal client I enter easily and there is no blocking.

Alternatives
I don't know any workarounds in this situation.
