Bindings for Gominima

We have been largely thinking of providing "bindings" for gominima so it can be used from other languages for a wide variety of use cases such as rendering images from JavaScript or performing Ai/Ml related functions through python, since in these cases performance is not the main objective, gominima can easily support them through process to process messages and still send other types of static data as quickly as possible

Structure

The general structure is quite simply, the response will be a full path and file which can return the data or it can be a simple process listening for calls
