Add support for reference based integration including Symphony.

The support for Symphony is implemented in v2.1.19-001, while the main interface ReferenceMap accepts a query and an atlas Seurat or SeuratList (with multiple batches) objects. In the future, ReferenceMap will be expanded to support pre-build references.
