Honestly never use github so I have no clue where to put this so i put it here but uhm so the issue that you have with your soft bodies becoming shakey could be because youre running thru them in order which apparently can cause that sometimes. https://youtu.be/PGk0rnyTa1U?t=491 heres an example of it being described in a 2d setting. Idk may or may not be it but have a happy new year nonetheless !
