Information

  • Operating System:
    Distributor ID: Ubuntu
    Description: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
    Release: 22.04
    Codename: jammy

  • Gnome Shell Version:
    42.5

  • Xorg/Wayland?:
    Xorg

  • Apps tested:
    Inkscape Zotero

  • Fildem version:
    latest

What is the current behavior? the expected behavior?

  1. global menu doesn't show icons in the menu that are shown in Inkscape.
  2. it always hides the own/local menu even I click "Hide the app label when showing the menu"
  3. if it is possible to define the behavior:
    1. have an option so it only shows the global menu for specific apps.
    2. only show the global menu when the window is maximized and don't hide the own menu when the window is not maximized
    3. set a custom position for the global menu
      Thanks for your consideration!
