Generalize glob-search for lexicon/project specifiers

Selecting a lexicon or project with a specifier allows a star as the ID (*:1.4) or the version (ewn:*), but not for partial matches of these (e.g., omw-*:1.4, odenet:1.*). With the old OMW versioning scheme this worked ok, as one could do *:1.3+omw to remove all OMW lexicons, but now they have fully numeric versions, and *:1.4 may get rid of other things (e.g., odenet:1.4). Allowing glob-style matching on these may help, as one could do omw-* to remove the OMW lexicons.
