Extract environment for maverick if possible and set as default #34

If maverick already run in non-bootstrap mode, extract environment and use as default instead of having to specify --env each time.

Add puppet action to create ~mav/.environment marker which contains last/current environment.
Then read this in maverick script if exists and use as default, but allow to be overridden with --env.
