Username is not mapped to Variable in Recovery email

I have gone through the forgot password process, where I did not entered any supporting information and requested to send a Reset link mail

Google asked for 2-3 days to send the mail, and assigned to an assistant

Now, I have received a mail, in which the username is not mapped to a variable, I have received the variable in mail as ${submitted_user_name}
