Setting up the environment

I wanted to have a look into cel-spec but I am having trouble setting up the environment and running it. Would it possible for you guys to provide documentation in regards to that.

@pdoshi-ns that's a totally reasonable request. If you're interested for a practical getting started guide, I'd recommend looking at the https://github.com/google/cel-go repository as a reference.
