Philosopher umlauts

Hi, a user reports that the lc umlauts in Philosopher are misaligned.

The reason why I have stopped using it on my website is that since some months, the dots over the Swedish letters "ä" and "ö" have been displaced to the right.

The problem only shows up in the Normal/Regular and Bold versions of the font (not in Italic or Bold Italic).
It seems like the placing of the dots are the same (italic) on all the four versions of the font.

The problem also only shows up in the lower-case letters (not in the capital/upper-case letters).

@laerm0 This seems to be an issue still on one of my clients website where Philosopher is used.
