[Crimson Text] Please update from source - double-quotes issue in Google outdated version

As reported in the Crimson Text font repo skosch/Crimson#65, there are 2 double quote issues in the current version on Google Fonts, this version is years behind the author repo.

Here are the base styles

1. Semi-bold italic of double-quote " " is a simple quote
   

2. The closing literary bold double-quote “ ” is a simple quote

This version has also a severe issue with kerning, mainly in regular italic – the "ch" of 'chrismon':

For the time being, I'll see if we can just push one of their last tagged releases to mitigate this issue.

I feel doing this may cause further regressions since vertical metrics, kerning may have changed etc. I'll open and issue and reference it here if I find anything

Pokey poke... also curious about updates. On the latest https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Crimson+Text, if you put in a sequence like:

“Double-quote trouble”

For semi-bold (font-weight 600), you get a phantom single quote instead of a right double-quote:

Noticing the same issue mentioned by @alanramaley on a clients website using font-weight 600 the end quote is a single quote with a stroke and no fill.
