There is a spreadsheet @ GF180MCU (GlobalFoundries 180nm PDK) -- Primitive Model Naming which is tracking what the new naming scheme should be.

I have proposed some suggestion on naming in the spreadsheet as comments.
I'm not sure what names should be used with devices that still have "?" sign.
