There are a bunch of SRAM files used as tests for the LVS and DRC checks found in #11 / #12 and under https://github.com/google/globalfoundries-pdk-libs-gf180mcu_fd_pr/tree/main/rules/klayout/drc/testing/sc_testcases

I'm wondering if they should be moved to a directory called something like "ip_testcases" instead?
