Can't Authenticate anymore

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.SSH

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I Get stuck in this loop. the machine won't authenticate me. i don't even receive error messages when i type. and then it only asks for password and even when the password is correct i get Premission denied.

Using multiotp (http://www.multiotp.net/) php class, and having a similar problem this morning. Can no longer authenticate.

Hey man,
I found out the source of the problem.. it was caused because the server time and date was wrong... which make sense since the password is time-based.
