Navigate to www.google.com/chrome using IE8 on Win7 SP1
Click on Download Google Chrome
Check the option "Help make ..."
Accept and install

What is the expected output?
Chrome should get installed automatically

What do you see instead?
Nothing happens. User has to click on the link to download the installer
and then start the install process manually

Same with beta channel link as well

Environment: IE8 - Win7 SP1

Need more information, and what version of Update (if any) was installed on the
machine.
