I was about to register twice with the same email. Two entries with the same email was created in the backend.

Hi Yvonne,

We need additional information to debug the issue.

  1. In which platform this was reproduced (Study builder / Mobile Apps - Android/iOS)
  2. Was APPID used while trying to register same or different? (If APPID is different, then Participant can register with same email.)
  3. Was there any particular steps you followed to encounter this issue?
