Description

Cannot talk out loud after being cured of perf addiction

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get addicted to perf
  2. Cure it
  3. Still whisper everything you say

Expected Behavior

For the silencing effects of perf addiction to go away when cured

The silencing effect has nothing to do with the perfluorodecalin addiction. For as long as you got perf in you (because it makes you technically suffocate) you cannot speak normally.
