[BUG][MAJOR]

Description

Normally, you can click a tile to drag anything you are pulling there, but can't do it on acid sea floor tiles

Steps to reproduce

Place a item down on the acid sea floor, start pulling it, then try and drag it to the side

Expected Behavior

The item to be dragged to the side
