This PR adds a new field to character creation, "Syndicate Intelligence". Whatever's entered here can be accessed in-game by traitors, spy_thieves, and whoever else uses uplinks (namely nukies and revs). Ideally, the information entered will be things that antagonists can use as leverage, blackmail, or a general idea of someone's weaknesses. It is not required to fill this out, and you do not appear on the uplink's list if you do not fill out any information.

Why's this needed?

I thought it would be a neat feature to add, as it should encourage more unique RP situations.
