About the PR

Small set of Kondaru upgrades, accompanying the introduction and fixing of Secrets.

• An additional cell charger is now present in maintenance near the Pod Bay. The table also holds one cell, a flashlight, and a wrench for the adjacent air hookups.
• Chiron's Grandhall has had the D6 on the table removed, replaced with a dice box.
• Added a whistle at the pod bay security checkpoint and a cowbell in the chef's quarters.
• More pool supplies!
• Maintenance is now outfitted with a bunch of junk spawners.
• The portable reclaimer in southeast maintenance has been replaced with an artifact spawn.
• A certain note has had a typographical error fixed (y/v swapped), and another note of similar nature has appeared elsewhere.

Why's this needed?

Further improves the usability and feature set of Kondaru.
