I'm not sure about the changelog. I want to make sure people know about it but I also don't want to spoil players what happens, so we're left with kinda nothing. Don't feel strongly about keeping it, but otherwise I suspect nobody will ever find out it exists. |

About the PR
This PR allows boogiebots to be emagged. An emagged boogiebot will make bystanders dance along with it when it starts dancing.
Why's this needed?
More silly emag interactions and more dancing are both good things.
