I feel like this may be too much for the cost - that's a lot of mid-strength ammo for 3tc

Adjusted the numbers. instead of 3 Non-HP and 2HP mags, you now get 4 HP mags

This isn't much of an increase in damage, but it should be a significant increase in DPS for the gun
