Need a way to easily exclude a whole page or domain from ABP-filtering #205

An ABP filter is causing a problem on http://jsperf.com/, and the only way to fix the problem is to turn off the list where the filter sits, or just turn off ABP filtering globally. Not very convenient.

So how about a simple button, in the pop-up of the extension, which allows to turn of ABP for the page (or domain I suppose). The icon could in turn show in a badge the number of requests which have been blocked specifically through ABP filtering.

I think this is something that needs adressing sooner than later.
