Steps to reproduce

Account Setting & Server Setting Authentication Activity
Traditional Chinese will always fail to display.

Expected behavior

The Traditional Chinese should display properly, not show a spinning circle constantly.

Actual behavior

The Traditional Chinese should display properly, not show a spinning circle constantly.
