On some chapters in webtoon mode it won't go to the next chapter with custom scaling #1466
Comments
what is this ? |
Settings > Display > Scale & Layout There are 2 options to change the scale one is with the dropdown, and the other one is when you click the arrow on the right which is custom scaling. I tried it with both, the normal one with the dropdown and the custom scaling option. Both give the same problem. |
i don't understand why you need to use custom scaling at the OS level? |
Sorry for the late answer, I have been busy.
Eye strain, applications are too small when using 100% scaling on a 1440P 27 inch monitor. And while I can use for example the setting to increase text size it doesn't affect all applications , hence why I use the scaling option for it. Did some more testing by the way and it seems this happens when using Scale type: Fit width For example on one chapter it will go to the next chapter when the width is on 30%, but when I change it to 25% it stops working. Another thing, when I bring the window to my 1080P monitor which also uses 125% because of "Custom Scaling" it goes to the next chapter no matter which percentage am using. This happens on Firefox. With browsers like Chromium or Edge it works without a problem. |
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
The reader should bring up a message to click again to go to the next chapter
Actual behavior
It didn't bring up the message to click again, and it won't allow me to go to the next chapter that way
Logs
No response
Komga version
v1.10.4
Operating system
Windows 11
Installation method
Docker
Other details
The "next chapter" button still works, it's only when clicking the image area when you are at the end of the chapter that gives the issue.
It also happens with the normal scaling option in Windows 11 display settings.
Update:
It also doesn't seem to happen in Chrome or Edge? It seems to happen in browsers like Firefox and also in Vivaldi a chromium based browser.
