kthoom now reads in CBR files if they are not compressed (store only)

As of revision 20532b06e0 the support for CBR files is pretty good (some still 
show as 'corrupt' though).

I don't know. I'm probably not going to work on this much more, but there's 
still RAR 1.5 and the RAR 2.9 VM. I guess someone can open a new issue if 
something pops up.
