Patch for Entity Embed that prevent log flooding due to PHP Notice

A development site's DBLog is being flooded with Notice errors, the patch in the attached issue link fixes it.

Hi @TobyWild we'll wait on this one for the patch/update to be included in a new version of the module. As we don't have DBLog on in production this shouldn't impact the site once on platform and live.

Seems as though https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_embed/issues/3077225 needs testing before its going to be included in a module update. Will mark as blocked in the interim.
