Podcast start/stop/pause issues

The podcasts are not being paused for incoming calls and the podcasts are starting without prompting after the app has been "closed".

i've prepared the receiver for the phone call a while ago, i will actually implement and test it for the next version.

the starting was actually on purpose. what's behavior would you expect/prefer ?

As to the first point, I noticed that most of it was already implemented, but the core "pause" code was commented out so I was curious as to why this was so, but it seems to be a easily addressed.

As to the the starting behavior, it would be perfect if it worked as as intended. What I observed is that it would start without any apparent rhyme or reason. I presume this has some correlation to the loading or unloading of the app's VM, but I honestly don't know for certain. To address this I simply removed the functionality until it could be better understood.
