Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would be great to manually upload pprof files to Phlare using a command like profilecli upload

Describe the solution you'd like

The command should use the connect API and allow setting of labels. Optionally the pprof should be validating the pprof.

Additional context

A very valid question from a user grafana/phlare#402 showed how difficult to use the API is without an appropriate command.
