Are you using your personal phone number? Are you using an unauthorized or non-reputable provider for your phone number?

Have you flooded the Telegram API from the same IP address before? What kind of requests are you making to Telegram API?

If your account got banned right after signing up, try choosing a different carrier and logging in from a different device and IP Address.
