Import / Load html & css files

How to import css & html at once? Or load both at once.
Just created a some stuff, saved it and closed the csm. Now I cant reopen it correctly again :/

Loading back the exported HTML/CSS can't guarantee the proper import as most of the editor informations are removed from the code.
