sort long lists / make long lists sortable

in particular, the completion percentages list is in a really wacky order (alphabetical would do fine, or the same order as the distribution page would be dandy). may also be very useful to sort the long list of questions by author or by category rather than by date submitted. How doable is it to auto-sort the table by clicking on a column header, like the sortable tables on QBWiki?

Yeah, it should at least be in the order of the entry screen, but letting the order by customizable by any criteria is best.

I've mostly fixed this. You can now click on a table header (even though it doesn't look like you can) and sort stuff.

One thing I can't figure out is why the tables don't have the up/down arrows in the headers like they do on: http://tablesorter.com/docs/.
