Add options for rootValue and graphiql just as in express-graphql
I'll try to do this if I get the time.

@pyros2097 you can pass rootValue as pointed out by @sogko on this gist: https://gist.github.com/sogko/a622e1aa5a1e022c2228

Also support for GraphiQL seems like out of scope as pointed out on PR #2
