What would you like Teleport to do?
Per: #40657 We only show the AWS account ID if the role has at least 2 difference AWS account IDs in the ARN value.

Add all AWS account IDs to all AWS apps that someone has configured even if it only contains a single AWS account ID in the ARN value.

What problem does this solve?
Gives consistency to all AWS apps to show the AWS account ID.

If a workaround exists, please include it.
