Describe the bug :

Attached resources are no longer available after renaming the documentation page

Happens both on api documentation, and global documentation

To Reproduce :

  1. Create a MD page (API or main documentation)
  2. save
  3. Attach resources (documents) to it (tested with pdf file)
  4. Rename the MD page
  5. resources attached are no longer listed/available

tested in APIM 4.1.0
