Describe the bug
The 4.1 APIM console includes links to the old documentation in places, as shown in the embedded docs screenshot below where the links go to https://docs.gravitee.io/ae/apim_platform.html and https://docs.gravitee.io/ae/apim_api.html respectively.
Expected behaviour
We should update all links to docs in APIM to point to the new docs website, when relevant. There are a few exceptions in which links are very specific to a given version of the docs, e.g. related to version migrationn.
Environment
Noticed in 4.1, but probably all 4.X.
