Bug fix to TCGA NMF model creation script and added new Jupyter notebooks

The new Jupyter notebooks contain some supplemental analyses for the PAO1 KEGG and TCGA PID networks described in the manuscript.

Additional example Jupyter notebook in PathCORE analysis

We have added a FastICA example Jupyter notebook that illustrates the complete PathCORE analysis workflow to this repository.
