The ore drilling plant doesn't work with ME output busses

Expected Behavior

Since the ME output bus is a valid part for the ore drilling plant, I'd expect it to work for it's output.

Actual Behavior

The plant works properly with a normal output bus. But when I use an ME output bus, it says "inventory full".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build an ore plant.
2. Use a "normal" output bus and it works.
3. Swap it out with an ME output bus and it doesn't work.
