Motivation 🏁

Grey Software needs more visibility in online communities, and Indiehackers is a great place to connect with like-minded people building profitable side projects across the internet.

Initiative Overview 👁️‍🗨️

We should establish a healthy presence in the community and offer to help projects where we have the capacity to do so. We should make our calendly link known so we can meet with like-minded people. It may be fruitful to set aside 30 minutes in a week and go through a community engagement session similar to the review process in Pioneer.

  • Post in the Open Source Group
  • Post in the looking for technical
  • Schedule time to contribute to the community like I do with Pioneer
  • Partner up with open source projects to get discounted services and list them as external projects

We could potentially find external partners, core team members, or volunteers, and get useful discounted software.
