현재 기준으로는 아이콘 Only 버튼은 라벨링하지 않고 있는데,
이런 식으로 한쪽에는 텍스트버튼, 한쪽에는 아이콘 버튼이 있는 경우가 종종 있네요

버튼으로 라벨링해도 괜찮을 것 같습니다. 콘텐츠 영역까지 구분하기에는 어려울것 같아요.
