SW: replace iscsitarget with open-iscsi + targetcli in GRML_FULL

We don't have a simple way how to get the DKMS part for iscsitarget. So instead lets integrate targetcli which provides the userland part for the iSCSI implementation available with Linux kernel >=3.1. iscsiadm of open-iscsi is useful for the client side.
