License File seems to be missing the name of copyright owner

What did you expect to see?

A copyright notice in the following format, at the end of the Apache license file.
Copyright [yyyy] [name of copyright owner]

What did you see instead?

The file does not include the year and name of the copyright owner, thus the license seems to be incomplete.

@fivezett Apache expects us to create the LICENSE file as this and NOTICE.txt file along with LICENSE where we declare the year and author name(See this). Let me know if you still have any questions on this.
