By saving a ACE loadout with a helmet slung you can get any helmet from limited arsenals. Unsure if this is a problem with your implementation, or a problem with ACE Arsenal in itself.

Can easily be reproduced by saving a loadout with a unallowed helmet slung and then loading it from a whitelisted arsenal.
